Community Partnering Process

While each Community Partnering Project will be different, in every context there are steps to be taken to establish a productive process. They include:

• a catalyst to initiate Community Partnering
• finding institutional partners to work with
• enrolling community researchers
• training community researchers
• conducting research with community members
• presenting research findings
• supporting enterprise development
• sustaining partnerships

The following sections outline issues to consider at each step of the Community Partnering Process.
